HOW TO MAKE TEA MASALA/CHAI MASALA

 This recipe calls for only 6 simple ingredients;

  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamons
  • Ginger
  • Cloves
  • Black Pepper
  • Nutmeg

To get the perfect blend, use equal proportions of all ingredients apart from black pepper. For example you can decide to do 2 table spoons per ingredient then go ahead and add only one table spoon of black pepper. If you can tolerate more of the black pepper then go ahead and add more of it.

I prefer using powdered ingredients but if you have whole ingredients it will still work out fine.
